Order Processing:
Most orders are processed within 48 hours (processing time does not include weekends or major holidays).
We currently ship worldwide. Most orders are shipped via UPS or DHL ground service and are delivered within 10 days (allow additional time for orders to Canada and international orders). Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam are shipped via a "best way" system mythology and charged an additional $10.00. International orders are shipped through the postal service and charged an additional $20.00
All products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Credit will be issued to the same credit card to which they were purchased.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Refund requests must include the packing list and all original packing materials.
Shipping & Handling:
Each item has its own shipping and handling determination based on size and weight. For Rush shipping please add an additional $7.50 per order for 2nd Day and $15.00 per order for Next Day.
Sales Tax:
Customers in Michigan and Florida will be charged appropriate sales tax.
